Now, if you're constantly thinking I'm not good enough, well, guess what your mind will work overtime to prove you right. You see, affirmations are powerful because they shift your internal dialogue. They create a new mental pattern that overrides old limiting beliefs. Here's how to practice this. First, write down affirmations that reflect your goals and your desires. An example of an affirmation might be I am confident and capable of achieving my dreams. Now, after writing down a list of positive affirmations, you want to repeat them daily, ideally in the morning and before bed. Now here's the pro tip Say your affirmations with conviction. You see, affirmations work best when they are felt deeply and not just repeated mindlessly.

Feel the excitement, the pride and the energy that goes into achieving your goals. The key is to engage all of your senses See it, hear it, feel it and even smell it. The more real it feels, the more powerful it becomes.
Speaker 1:Now, strategy number three is to cultivate unwavering belief. And so it's really important, as we are learning to unleash the inner TNT in us, that we learn to cultivate unwavering belief. You see, doubt is the enemy of achievement. The moment you question whether you deserve success, you weaken your ability to act. So how do we practice cultivating unwavering belief? Well, the first step is, when negative thoughts arise, challenge them. Ask yourself where is the proof that I can't succeed? Replace negative thoughts with empowering beliefs. Here's the tip Surround yourself with belief builders. Belief builders are the books, mentors and environments that reinforce self-confidence.
Speaker 1:Now, strategy number four is to act as if, if you want to be successful, start behaving like the person who has already achieved your dreams. Adopt the habits, the mindsets and the actions of someone who has already succeeded the mindsets and the actions of someone who has already succeeded. Dress the part, speak the part and carry yourself with the confidence of your future self. Now here's a tip your brain follows your actions. When you act successful, you start believing you are successful.

So how do we practice maintaining laser focus? Well, the first step is to set clear, actionable goals. Secondly, dedicate specific time in each day to work towards those goals. Use vision boards, reminders or accountability partners to help you stay on track.
